There are some departments that really do work well with each other and for special events the managment staff really comes together to pull off the event.
Level of Autonomy
Everyone here is overworked and underpaid. Many of the key managment staff have left in the past two years. Two changes of Executive Directors in the past three years. The belief is to keep adding work to Director and Coordinators plates because its better to do that than to adequately staff or fill positions.
