Favoritism plays a big part at this particular branch and also association wide.
Support from Management
Director does not give support or deals with conflict resolution. Passes the buck instead of dealing with issues 1st hand.
Other managers like to delegate work to other departments when they have the capability and manpower to do so themselves.
Level of Autonomy
Workload is not fairly distributed...If one manager stands up for their department that is being overloaded that is a no no.
