I love the people that I work with. I have been on multiple teams and worked well with all of them.
Support from management
My bosses are the BEST.
In a program team, you have to work well with your colleagues.
Freedom to work independently
Most of the people work from home.
Sometimes communication isn’t shared down the ladder.
Most of the employees in my department are boss ladies.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Im not wngaged with this unfortunately.
I was just recently promoted, actually.
Overall compensation for your work
This is my first “real job” so I’m not sure.
Office / Work Environment
Internet goes down sometimes which is very frustrating.
Don’t really see these efforts.
Neutral. Sometimes I’m so busy I log on after hours.
I work hard and I’ve been recognized for that.
I’m so busy it’s not even funny.
We have a handicap/family bathroom and have an elevator in our building.
Send our monthly safety reminders.
Working as a program team for contingent workers can be extremely stressful.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diversity is one of our main principles.
Suggestions for improvement
- In my office, there needs to be a set office manager or HR representative. We kind of fly by the seat of our pants when it comes to supplies/interviews/new equipment/etc.
What I like about the company
The people that Yoh hires are fantastic. I’ve looked at colleagues employee summaries and they ALL say it’s the people that they work with as a favorite reason to work for Yoh. I would absolutely, positively, recommend my company to friends searching for a new job.
What I dislike about the company
They need to act on the “growth opportunities”. It’s brought up a lot, but we don’t really see too many front line level promotions.
