Company Culture not clear. Company Culture as far as contractors, very poor.
Only teamwork is the job you are working on for Yoh. The recruiter favors teamwork.
Recruiter has great communication. Keeps in touch by all modes of communication available. The company itself. Poor, Poor communication all the way around. Ignore is what I call it. The company outsources certain HR Services, no communication except by email. This is true as for the recruiter trying to communicate with their own company and trying to assist the contracts.
Unless officially an "employee" of Yoh, no career development is offered to the contractors.
As a contractor, it is unstable no matter what company you work for.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be respectful of the contractors who work for Yoh. Do not have outsourced services handle the important livelihood issues.

What I dislike about the company
It does not take reasonability for mistakes made by the outsourced company. Company takes what the 3rd party says as for fact instead checking to see if indeed that is not correct, point fingers back at their contract hires to take care of. Yoh not hands on. Nothing they can do is always the answer from corporate. Although the recruiter does what they can, and it is true, my recruiter is wonderful, so I know how hard this person has worked for me. Yoh not at all.
