Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to learn how to be more professional, because their inappropriate actions influence other employees to act the same way. They are either gossiping behind someone's back, screaming in their face in front of customers, or firing them on the spot. All of that needs to stop.
What I like about the company
The customers were great and the position helped me to network and find a better job.
What I dislike about the company
I couldn't stand how management treated and thought of employees. They liked me, and I guess that's why they felt comfortable talking so negatively about employees that they did not like. Management is two-faced. You will never know where you really stand with them nor receive any constructive criticism to help become a better employee.
