Support from Management
There was constant changes as well as a lack of clear instruction in how management wanted procedures followed which created unrealistic targets and a high turnover in employees. Along with over micro-managing.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to their employees when they asked for our opinions especially when it was uniform over the whole office.
