Suggestions for improvement
- Empower employees, communicate to allow employees to know when they are in need of course correction and more importantly when they are doing something well. Lack of positive feedback was a definite challenge for me.
What I like about the company
I loved working with students to see them better themselves
What I dislike about the company
Very unstable, high turnover rates, health insurance was expensive (high deductible health plan made it less likely that I would utilize the insurance). All senior leadership lives in CT, very few visits unless something bad was happening (like a large reduction in force)
