Company sets expectations that are unrealistic. Management doesn't have any interaction with team.
Suggestions for improvement
- Allow employees to give input and be heard. Be fair in the way we are treated. Hold everyone to the same standard.
What I like about the company
Have been generous with bonuses and employee discounts
What I dislike about the company
Upper Management is not personable. Do not give the impression that they have any concern for member services team employees. They no longer have water cooler facilities throughout the work floor. You are penalized if you must take a personal break. Pay increases are a very low percentage and not on a regular basis.
