Suggestions for improvement
- To be more lenient on times in between calls and chats, to not expect such robotic production from employees.
What I like about the company
They have free meals occasionally as well as snacks a couple times a week. Everyone is pretty friendly and supportive. The company parties are fun.
What I dislike about the company
I believe they can view the customer service reps as more human. By doing so, allowing more breaks to get up, stretch, get fresh air, etc. It can be exhausting and dehumanizing to be expected to work so endlessly.
