Suggestions for improvement
- In fairness to sales. I would open the accounts and separate them from someone who has a minor listing on YP.com or basically a presence only. In other words don't let one single rep own an account under a certain dollar amount. To much is left on the table when this happens. The constant battle and competition from the telephone side of the house premise side of the house is sometimes intense and locks up opportunity for personal and customer growth as well,
I dislike about the employer
To much micro management. The culture is rough if your not a hunter and someone who can continue to grow the customer base in revenue dollars. Some of the products do not perform as sold. In other words the needs were not matched with the customer and products sold. This is not always the result of the rep's but a direct initiative to promote and push certain products.
