- Equal and more accurate market assignment. Treat employees with respect. Honor pay plan. Stop the low market assignments and honor hiring promises.
I like about the employer
Connection with AT&T gives name recognition
I dislike about the employer
Changes pay plan at will. Gives out previous employees loss (as they quit) and expects newly assigned employee to absorb and overcome their loss. This helps the company's bottom line by passing loss to employees which also keeps down the commissions paid to the newly assigned employee. Also, this brings down your results and then you are punished for this by being given a low market charge out in the next market. Because of this, this company has a revolving door for the sales department.
