- It's far too late for any significant improvements.
I like about the employer
Most of the strong members of this organization began leaving in 2009 when both hourly and salaried wage concessions were implemented, company's 401k contribution stopped, pensions were frozen, bonus program stopped and annual merit increases stopped as well. It became a paycheck to everyone that stayed with no incentive unless it came from the drive within. Not coincidentally, this is also when the company was on the verge of bankruptcy, where it has remained.
