I think YRC has some great ideas but the HR department needs to keep an eye on the way emlpoyees are treated at this terminal.
Support from management
Respect was non-existent. Management had little problem solving success.
Teamwork was difficult because the union was always trying to work less and we tried to make them work more. Always tension around the terminal.
Communication was poor because there was more screaming during a crisis than there was problem solving.
