Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to feedback, be more supportive of employees, be more creative with outreach, be more inclusive, offer a fair wage for the hard work that employees put forth.
What I like about the company
The company as a whole tries to do great things, but they fall short because they lack teamwork and transparency. Upper management is only concerned with their own paychecks and nothing else, unfortunately. My co-workers were great, and we were still able to help the public, but more could be done if the company actually listened to the internal criticism every now and then.
What I dislike about the company
The company is too conservative when it comes to rolling out new programs, or even just trying new approaches for existing programs. Also, upper management does not support their employees very well, and people that do nothing are left to do nothing with no repercussions.
