Too much emphasis was placed on the negative. Little positive constructive criticism was offered. The administration was not to be trusted as outward lying was frequent.
Support from Management
The supervisor needed to be more hands on and supportive of the staff.
There was no sense of teamwork or comradierre among the staff.
Level of Autonomy
The administration dictated too much and didn't allow for creative energies.
