Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the exec staff and hire individuals that understand how a public company should operate. Talk to and understand your employees. Zayo may be successful right now, however I fear that it could come to an abrupt end.
I like about the employer
Flexibility and challenging and rewarding projects.
I dislike about the employer
Chaotic integrations, lack of resources/staffing, work life balance, intimidation, execs have their heads in the clouds, poor bonus payouts, etc.
