They are trying really hard to create a new culture, but there is still a lot of legacy thinking from Motorola around

I didn't have a good experience, but it may not be indicative of the company as a whole.
Legacy Zebra had a lot more teamwork built in. When they bought Symbol that was a fallout.
Level of Autonomy
There was a lot more autonomy in the early Zebra than after the merge. The company is experiencing growing pains after making such a large acquisition.
