Support from management
My manager was stretched to thin and was unable to help me most times. He was extremely knowledgeable but was focused on the big players and team members that were with the company the longest.
What team work??
Freedom to work independently
Company used outdated sales methods and sales structure. Was not a sustainable model.
Overall compensation for your work
Very poor sales structure. All expenses for sales were NOT reimbursed. We were supposed to pay out of pocket for installation of equipment.
