Culture of running field service ragged with no consideration of personal life.
Support from management
Service area unrealistic. Service area not what is told in interview. And no help from management.
Tech and management support lacks for field service personnel.
Not much as money is a factor with management.
Overall compensation for your work
Not competing in this field. Does not attract or keep prime employees.
Office / Work Environment
Awful. Always traveling due to not enough service personnel. Causes fatigue and mistakes and workplace injuries.
No balance at all. Constantly traveling even on weekends.
Negative image in the industry especially by customers. Former and present.
Safety has proven to be a non issue as we have had several workplace injuries and know training for it.
Suggestions for improvement
- Attractive compensation. Less travel.
