Suggestions for improvement
- Do not have reasonable salary structure that employees can aspire to. No recognition for individual performance in current compensation structure.
The culture is easy going and diversified.
Management is very easy to talk to, even the senior management will talk.
Employees are supportive and genuinely care.
They try to stay on top of the communication from the top down and the other way, but sometimes things happen.
Make or female they go with the best candidate.
The seniors are supported and it's a great place to start or end a career
