Management doesn't want to hear your issues or suggestions,
Support from management
Only to blame someone for the issues they caused
the only team is management do what I say or else.
Freedom to work independently
Do what you are told, and that's all anyone whats to do, just get by with being excessed
Just do what you're told or hit the road, they will excess in heartbeat if you don't comply
Only when they need your skills
Attitude towards older colleagues
Shameless, have no need for Lessons Learned, like I said earlier "Management has no ears"
Only career you have to down when they excess you cause you don't comply and they don't understand
Overall compensation for your work
Cheap, hires only non skilled laborers and trained to the Zodiac way of deceit
Office / Work Environment
Shut up and work
To cheap comply rather wait to get caught
their priority is the highest regardless of your personal life.
The Image is stay away, way away
Wait till you get hurt , then hush it up to avoid any corrective action
the only challenge is to find a better environment/job, get the heck away from those stupid people in charge.

Human Resources is a joke, siding with management

- Safran should audit this place, and review management for their inadequacies and excess them all especially the falsifying certification department.
