Suggestions for improvement
- Too top heavy. Too many directors and managers and not enough employees to perform the actual work. They should consider laying off some of the directors and VPs.
Micromanage the employee to the point of continuous change in process and procedures. The company does hire felons if you know someone in management and nepotism is allowed.
Expectations are unrealistic. Goals are communicated in team meetings but opinions/ideas from employees are not considered. Instead of being talked to, the employees are talked down to.
Employees do to some degree
I enjoyed my time with the company
There are issues with departments supporting each other to the detriment of the company
Many management both senior and line openly have contempt for those outside their immediate department and most do not accept responsibility when they make a mistake
Company made promises to others in writing and did not honor their writen word
