Little if any involvement with employees, top driven environment with this new leadership group.
Sometimes because they have worked together for years and that is their culture, not so much present day as there is a culture of not taking ownership nor accountability for actions.
Poor, Company wide. Upper Mgt & HR are not transparent.
Again most likely based on location, but I think they are treated as everybody else.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Hmm, much concern about this one as the work force especially in Logistics where average years of service is much higher.
Not much direction or support here, many instances of good ol boy/girl network with regards to advancement and very little if any promotions have been given.
Overall compensation for your work
Starting wages have dropped considerably from years ago, but I believe the overall compensation is competitive.
Office / Work Environment
Comfortable, often the best of warehouses in the area.
Depends on the Site but this concern has taken a back seat to time & profits.
Upper Mgt doesn't seem to concerned with anybody's work-life balance as there are less colleagues doing more of the work. Multi job tasking among colleagues is normal and "good" colleagues must work longer to get their work done as well as the other "tasks" they have taken on. 12 hour days are absolutely normal today.
Used to be but the company has gone down hill and they don't care about their employees as much as they used to. Many good people have left the company and many more are actively looking.
Most are worried about the future, no communication or reassurance within new Leadership causes concern and generates many rumors.
Yes, despite their mounting issues in nearly every aspect of the Company they still drive to ensure a safe work environment, also maintaining their VPP status with OSHA.

"Do as I say not as I do", does not fly in this day and age. Stop this practice immediately.
Listen to your subject matter experts, few people can actually learn whilst doing all the talking.
Manufacturing needs to be seriously addressed, before there are serious consequences
