Eh, it depends who you are. Lots of favoritism and office politics at play.
Level of Autonomy
While teamwork is a huge aspect, you are expected to do your work first and then bring it to the group.
No one ever sits in the same desk. You have to "check in" to where you will sit for the day. This means no personal photos, etc...
Should be much better. There is very little effort here and people regularly throw away supplies that can be reused and many people throw regular trash in the recycling bins.
