I originally started with the Zu when they still had port o potties in the warehouse. Stayed with them when throughout the transition from 30 individuals on nights to 600 at night. They had the opportunity to create a different, or unique, work force model. They failed to cultivate it!

Associates were expendable, why train or coach an associate when you can just fire and replace one.
