Lots of frills with no substance. Zywave provided lunch parties and after work functions, but the fluff only sugar coated the stress and strain from the inner office politics and back stabbing that occurred. There was no substance of trust and integrity which created an uneasy atmosphere.
Support from Management
No leadership support, guidance or task management. They do not support career development and provide no training. Supervisors have no training and will be the first to throw their subordinates under the bus rather than search for problem resolutions.
