Support from management
Support is more based on other departments in the company, making it hard for certain groups to be heard and appreciated for their work. While others just before there basic duties and seem to have the fast track to better opportunities. The determination on which group you will be a part of is based on the needs of the company at time of hire and it seems to lock you into that group.
Suggestions for improvement
- Spend more time on the employee and getting their point of view and having a more open-doors policy when it comes to larger events going on in the company.
