Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience at Greentube.

We are happy to read about the good years that you spent at Greentube. We regret however, that this changed and that you have left with resentment.

We take the feedback of each of our employees and former employees very seriously, and we are committed to providing an attractive and nourishing workplace. We encourage open communication and constructive criticism, but it is crucial that the information is shared accurately and based on factual experiences.

In the case of your feedback, we find it difficult to relate to your review regarding “career”, “pay”, “colleagues” and “equality” as these topics are of utmost importance to us.

We have wonderful examples of career and success stories based on the dedication of our employees and the support of our managers. Yearly structured appraisals, training courses and development plans enables everyone to grow within the company. The involvement of our HR Business Partners and HR experts ensures a professional process.

You mention that you haven’t received a salary increase for years. Our yearly salary review guarantees that everyone receives a fair salary regardless of gender. I’m confident to say that we don’t have any employee who hasn’t received an increase for years. I would like to invite you to get in touch with me to review your individual case and I kindly ask you to correct this information on this platform afterwards.

The team spirit, which is rated by you with one star, is in fact one of the highest rated values by our colleagues in the yearly Great Place to Work® survey. We are very proud of the positive work environment and our people/team focus. And the numbers speak for themselves – We have made it to the top 5 best employers in Austria this year.
