The building is very impressive and you can go to the lake during lunchtime in summer. Lunch is provided at three different restaurants to choose from. If you like sports, it is very easy to find like-minded people to go out with.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
You need to measure your words constantly. Be aware of who you are talking to and the way you should behave all the time. It is all about politics and who is in charge of who. Even though it looks like a cool company from the outside world, they are very old-fashioned and close-minded.

They pretend to have an open communication. In reality, it is all about politics and you need to be very careful what you say to whom.

You don´t work as a team at any time, just finish your work and pass it on to the next person in the chain.

Your supervisor will pretend to be your friend until you have a different opinion on something. Then it will become hell.
After two years of working there, I heard many stories of people being bullied or mentally abused by their managers. I did not believe them in the beginning until I realized I was living one of them.

Everybody is very welcoming in the beginning. After a few months, you will realize that it is just cynicism.

They know people want to work for Red Bull so they take advantage of it. Salaries are lower than any other company in Austria. The company is making millions of euros but they don´t even consider matching the inflation cost at the end of the year to give you a raise.
