There have been times with higher volumes of work as usual but managers try to find solutions to reduce the workload for example by hiring contractors, interns who can support in more busy times so that the work-life balance is good.

I am very lucky with my manager. He is the best I had during my career. Very supportive, recognises success and motivates me, giving me financial and non-financial rewards, standing by my side in every situation.

I am happy with my tasks and my job. I feel I am at the right place and I also see a lot of development opportunities within the company. We have a training platform and material for it, fantastic Talent Development Team and support.

We are 100% fair at Coke and women definitely have the same revenue/chances than men, no question about it.

My team is rather young so I cannot really speak about senior people within the company in other teams. However I did not notice any issue in this matter.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We are about to move offices and have a brand new Coke building. I feel very good in our current office however this is a new chance to be in ever better working conditions there. In addition we have very nice and advanced material (computers, screens, Headset etc)
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
This is of course one of the biggest topic at Coke and a daily one. Many actions are taken for it (not to separate bottle from the bottle caps), brand new label free Valser bottles in order to save priting material and reduce plastic, 100% recyclable pet... so very active in this regard.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary structure is fair and aligned with other FMCG companies on the market. Salary has been paid for years the 25th of each month, never had a delay!
