Das ganze HR und Top Management
Es herrschen katastrophale Bedingungen. Alle haben Angst. Kein Wunder.
Workforce hard workers and very loyal among each other. Football in general.
Top Management, one man show, dictatorship
There is no proposal to improve as the system is toxic and needs an overall cleaning of its Management.
To many egoistic people in Senior Management which are only power and self-interest oriented. Staff who work hard has no meaning to the people in the Top.
External Image = Internal Image
Too many working hours and overtime is not being paid out. Cap by 40 hours a week. You even do not get spare time for your additional hours.
No opportunities or platftom to grow or to get promoted. Free style HR with lack of knowledge in HR topics...
No balance between Workforce and the rest in Management. You do your job over average for years but there is no appreciation or any significant salary increase over the years. Salary increase is just based on 1-2% inflational increase.
Workforce has a great collaboration among each other. They work hard and value each other while working together on challenging and long-term projects. But Workforce's engagement is never valued by the Management.
Very dynamic and young environment.
No transparency, no communication, no promotion
Management stays in five star hotels, receives extraordinary benefits etc., but when it comes to providing services to staff which are working very hard day and night, then services are being downgraded.
No flow-down and no information on company related matters to staff. Staff remains uninformed and gets information from external sources rather than people who are leading the company.
No issues
If you are a football and sports lover you are at the right place with very excitiing tasks.
Abwechslung
Last Minuts Aktionen
Team Führung
Sparen am an der Basis anstelle im Management (gute Leute am falschen Ort)
Mehr an der Basis investieren
Coole Teams
Holperig
interessante Aufgaben in einem spannenden Umfeld
mangelnde Wertschätzung
offene Kommunikation & Zusammenhalt fördern
an öffentlichem Image arbeiten
Events are fantastic, self-organized as well as parties.
Football events and Worldcups are also one of a kind in the world.
Toxic fear-culture, friends-and-family approach, missing internal transparency.
Build up a professional management line.
Introduce 360-feedback.
Get a spine.
Fear culture. Anyone can be fired, sometimes without any reasoning.
Varies. On football events you might be abroad with 4+ weeks without interruption. Workload in the office can also vary extremely.
Come for the football and the experience from within, not to make a merit-based career.
Salaries are fair, benefits like pension scheme are very generous.
naja... the whole of the football governance is not exactly a CO2-saving exercise...
The team is fantastic, especially if you get to work on a football event. It's like one big happy family.
People would be fired for anything else than their age.
Worst I ever experienced. No strategy, no consistency, friends-and-family are rising up to leadership positions without any merit. Basically a sandpit and a kindergarten in one.
Zürich office in Home of FIFA as well as Museum is better than top-notch. IT equipment is also top of the line.
Totally intransparent on the ground, unless you know your contacts "upwards" well.
Lot of women as well, even in C levels.
Football events are something you can not experience anywhere else in the world at this scale.
IT office work was a long list of legacy years ago, now it's a bit better with modern tools, but still ancient culture.
Das Runde muss immer noch ins Eckige
Jemand der Divers ist darf nur 6 stellige Bestechungsgelder fordern
Hört auf mit der Korruption
Super Mitarbeiter! Leadership ist aber leider schwach.
Very poor leadership.
Professionellere Leitern anstelle statt Leute durch Vitamin B oder Connections.
Katastrophale unerfahrene Abteilungsleitern werden angestellt und noch schlimmer befördert.
The social interaction with colleagues is super fun.
They talk about empowerment, but failure is not an option. This is not very encouraging.
Improve culture and senior management.
For years, an atmosphere of fear is creeping into the culture.
Working for FIFA is a great conversation starter.
The new hybrid work-model is a game changer. Kudos for that one.
Work in progress.
The FIFA team is just great.
The fish stinks from the head...
The sites are great and offer nice benefits.
If you're lucky, you get interesting news from management prior reading it in the press. But not necessarily.
Not bad, but you need to consider working for FIFA as part of the package.
There is always something interesting to do.
Unique Work opportunities and experience.
More women in leadership roles would be good
Each department is different. Mine has a very positive work atmosphere
Public image is rather bad, but not always justified
No time system in place
More diversity would be a plus
So verdient kununu Geld.
