Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The campus is really nice, they organize cool parties at roche and benefits for people that are internal are good. In AD the work environment is good, colleagues are great and good managment.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
On top of everything mentioned above the people that are external work forces are under a lot of pressure to "prove" themselfs worthy of being internalized. This can show in competitive behaviour but mostly puts them under unnecessary stress.

The people you work with are generally super open, nice and helpful. Very good atmosphere to work.
Kommunikation
Communication from managers could be better, especially during reorganizations. but overall fine
Work-Life-Balance
Rarely that you have to stay over hours. Not so much home office possibility but other then that you can organize your working hours more or less independently and can leave early (if you are in the 40h week range)

Flat hierarchy, good people skills but not very motivated to develop your career
Interessante Aufgaben
As a scientist you will be doing similar tasks, not every day the same but over a longer period, tasks are repetitive. You can take on additional tasks to have more variety but this is not paid more.

Majority of scientists working in the lab are women. when it comes to the leadership team it is a majority of men

You do not have your own desk in tje office space but rather a flexdesk situation and it is distributed over different floors and buildings

On the lower side compared to other departments. Depends a lot if internal/external but over all not very competitive salary
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You have to really put in an effort yourselve to build a career. Not much opportunity to climb up the ladder within AD. You can talk to managers about doing courses etc but you have to initiate it
