Sometimes a bit unorganized but that might just be the price to pay for being on of the fastest growing startups in Europe. More importantly, despite the fast paced environment everybody manages to stay friendly and respectful with each other. Very international team.
Kommunikation
Communication is sometimes lacking. Communication infrastructure is not yet very well organized. There are often multiple places to find the same or slightly different information.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Various off-the-workplace activities. Friendly and respectful.
Work-Life-Balance
High flexibility regarding vacation planning and working times. Unfortunately limited home office possibilities.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Most managers in the company are in their first managing position. On top of that the company has seen an incredible growth over the last few years that would've put some seasoned managers to their limits. While of course not everything is perfect, everybody is willing to improve and keep up with the pace.
Interessante Aufgaben
Various interesting robotics projects. Freedom to try out new ideas.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Most colleagues are rather young, but the older ones are treated no different.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Clean new offices. Unfortunately space already used up. Computers are adequate for the job. Rooftop terrace with various events (unfortunately reduced frequency due to corona).

Well above average startup salaries.

Since it's a young company there's not much structured further education yet but it's being worked on. It needs a bit initiative of the employees, but further education is positively regarded and supported by the company.
