New organisational changes give a lot of growing opportunities and a good career path

Give people the recognition they deserve even if they are not in the main offices and maybe show some appreciation to them. Don't use the company to reflect on political events and take sides across the glob in a negative way as the company was already doing a good job of being neutral and give help to the people whom in need. The company can provide some attractive benefits to the employees but it only provide the benefits that any start up can give. Management provided monthly reports to the employees always feels like the employees are not doing a good job and always less than expected
