Family friendly employer who could do better in many aspects

Requiring one to come to the headquarters on a frequent base makes Gelita an employer for locals or people willing to settle down nearby only. Not a good parameter to try with winning high potentials to work for you.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Provide a second coffee machine. Provide free drinking water for employees. Tab water is not enough and sometimes tastes awkward. Don't cut on negotiated salary components. Give employees the feeling that they are respected. Concentrate on holding and growing existing staff would help reducing the necessity to hire new staff.

Within a team it is fine.

Payment in time. Extraordinary salary components are not carved into stone.
