Der Job wurde einem komplett anders vorgestellt als er tatsächlich war! Die Atmosphäre war schlecht und es gab keinen guten Teamzusammenhalt! Jeder schaut nur auf sich und auch die Vorgesetzten haben einen nicht unterstützt. Die Provisionen am Anfang waren nett, aber da hörte es auch auf! Gefühlt jeden Monat wurde die Strategie und auch die Provisionspläne geändert

Hi there, even if I always appreciate feedback given on here as it helps us improve tremendously, I really would have loved to see that feedback 2 years ago when you worked here as we changed quite some things since then. I agree 2 years ago, things were not idea, and we were still trying to figure out comission models that work best for the team, but at the moment they are being renegotiated only once a year and do not change in between.
On the team work and collaboration I am really sorry that you felt this way, actually most of our employees think that this is one of our best assets, but I can understand if it does not match everyone.
