A new wind is blowing at Tivian with a new spirit and philosophy how to work.
Ideas to improve or to overcome challenges are always welcome and listened to. My leader listens to my proposals and delivers precious feedback, so that we come up with nice solutions. Changes are always welcome.
"Eat your own dog food" is part of our philosophy now. We use our own tools to understand what is needed to fullfill customers' requirements. We are innovators and create new ways of solving our customers' problems.
What I appreciate the most at Tivian is the flexibility i have in order to distribute my working hours especially beeing a father, as long as results are delivered.
HR takes care of its employees by offering a lot of activities and benefits. The office is very modern and offers a good atmosphere to work in a concentrated way.
The Company Strategy and Financial status is communicated in a transparent way and one can see that Management has a realistic vision and understands what our pain points are that need to be solved. Furthermore, Tivian is becomming more and more state of the art by making use of modern technologies and always being focused on market trends.
I like the startup mentality of the colleagues, ie you can have a talk to anybody and next steps are discussed in a pragmatic way with concrete outcomes. They support and help each other across different departments and countries and make the company move.

Tivian should get more and more KPI oriented to be able to take more eeficient decisions about priorities
