Verbesserungsvorschläge
Honestly not sure this can be saved since it looks like they will go down before the end of 2024 but:
- Stop writing obviously fake comments to make yourself look better.
- Fix the problems instead of spending extra efforts to hide them.
- Listen to people instead of pretending you are.
- Try to keep a team for more than 5 months, even if it's more expensive, the damage of the high turnover on the people staying is visible.
- Stop trying to produce more for less money, take a step back and give yourself time to create something meaningful instead of creating things for PR engagement.

Completely fake environment. Big speech and nice words but all empty. their actions reflect the opposite of what they say. Fake positivity. Don't believe the whole "We are doing a great mission for human education, there must be sacrifices to arrive to the result and make tomorrow better".
Management seems completely disconnected from reality and people are let go regularly. The mood in the teams are always low as it hard to build anything with such a high turnover.

None. No boundaries. They will try to make you part of "the family" to reduce even more the work life balance and allow themself to contact you at anytime and pressure you to produce more. You will be considered a problem if you try to have a balance at all. You will feel judged when you don't go to the office (what could be better than going to work there right?)

Zero possibility of evolution/growth. You will get fired if you ask for it.

Fake positivity, no respect of boundaries. You either part of the believer group, or you're a problem. (the non-believers are gone within a few months). Clear preference for people living in Berlin and coming to the office.

Fake. Toxic. Manipulative. Completely disconnected from reality.

Inexistent. Never saw such a high turnover rate in my career.
You don't know why people are going/getting fired. They do everything to hide the problems. They will make a big deal of the smallest achievements to make it seem like they are doing amazing while the actual result is a complete failure. No recognition of efforts and good work except fake kudos in the weekly meeting (everything needs to be done to make a good impression and keep the "mission" going wishing the team)

They will do everything to make you work as much as possible for the less money possible. No benefits, no bonus. You have to work for the love of the mission, not for money.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some topics would have been interesting if they would not been in this always pressuring, reaching for results at all costs environment completely destroying any good ideas. You can see the teams are demotivated and just end up shipping the bare minimum in the impossible timelines givens. When people are not fired, they just give up and leave.

- work alongside, and learn from very talented individuals from diverse backgrounds
- top entrepreneurs from german startup ecosystem as ceos, learning from and with them is priceless for ones own professional development
- startup, thus allowing for mutual growth - if you do good the company does god - allows gor direct visibility of ones actions impact
- plenty of room to experiment, try and test, in order to achieve your goals
- ownership and accountability
- noble organizational mission that can really be felt among the student base we are creating
- supportive culture
