Friendly communication. Everyone is helpful. Questions were usually clarified quickly. Team meetings and stand-ups for updates.

Cool team spirit. Although many of us came from other cities, we were all connected. It always felt like one strong team with a strong bond. We often did things together after work.

Flexible work time and overtime is paid. But we had to work sometimes beyond regular hours to catch the deadlines.

The managers were easy to talk to, treated everyone good and were motivating. However, deadlines are tight and expectations are usually too ambitions.

Even as a junior, you are quickly given responsibility and included in cool projects. I found my job super interesting and mostly creative.
