As is necessary in a start-up environment, there is a lot of communication. But I have the feeling that Parkdepot has a very good balance between focus time/meetings and agreements.

Everyone works together to achieve the goals. Definitely a fun place to work! Actually, I can't imagine it any better!

There are different models (Flex / Remote). In addition, the People Team places a strong focus on a good work-life balance. The flex model could be a bit more creative and offer more opportunities.

I haven't noticed anything negative so far. Everyone makes an effort and does their best!
Interessante Aufgaben
Of course, I can only speak for my own position here. I really enjoy it and there is a good mix of challenges, new activities and familiar topics. Of course, the company is very dynamic and the strong growth means that there is always plenty of excitement. You never get bored here!

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Certainly also a very environmentally conscious company. However, it lacks a sustainability-environment committee, e.g. for supplier management, which other companies already have and is certainly a development opportunity to position Parkdepot even better here.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is more in line with the Munich average, but is compensated by employee shares!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Due to the strong growth, there are always great development opportunities in all areas. The company is also very open to people showing an interest in getting a taste of other areas. The personal development budget could certainly be expanded somewhat, therefore no 5 stars.
