Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Managment has no clue how to make succesful games. Had luck one time and can't do it again. Worst firing treatment I have ever seen: people have to go, don't get time to collect personal stuff, aren't allowed to say bye to their colleagues

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
They just fired a guy over 45 even though younger people at his job are still there. They don't care about social fairness to employees

No climatised rooms. You have to work with dometimes slow PC's
