Okay for beginners, not to recommend for experienced people
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Because of nice bureaus it is okay. If there is a reason you will get all stuff you need.
Kommunikation
Depends on the team and department.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As people wrote already - in some departments and teams there is a good working atmosphere, in other departments you have to be careful of "sharpen ellbows".
Work-Life-Balance
Home Office is not possible. Because there is often a bored working atmosphere it is hard to motivate yourself for work. So there should be another "Work-Balance".
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Never get informations from founder/manager. All information channels are getting through lead and partly department lead.
Often young leads with less IT job market experiences but willing to do best work.
Feedback is given to lead, feedback is coming from lead.
Interessante Aufgaben
With luck you have a chance to get an insight in other departments but actually this is not for sure.
Tasks itself are repeating.
Maybe it is good for working beginners.
Gleichberechtigung
Not existing in the management level - same as always, there is no trust in girls power. Deeper in the hierarchy it is better.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There a very less people 45+. Very less!
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
GGS is trying to create trust and good atmosphere but I guess the people need more personal job challenges than a swimming pool.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
For experienced people I think they will offer the right amount. But not for beginners.
Image
Getting worse... As company and as employer...
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It is possible to get to a "first" or "lead" title. If you are really engaged you also can get a special position but I think it is really hard for work beginners to get to the top because of so many levels.
