Roles were cancelled and people laid off. Their tasks were distributed to remaining roles. Too much variety of tasks, no focus possible.

The average of salaries might be good for this location/industry. Personally, based on my experience and input, there should be more flexibility.

No time for personal development due to high workload. Not sufficient career opportunities outside of direct line management.
