They sell you that people have a wonderful experience and when you enter you see that they are like a cult, where no one is happy. You can get lucky and have a nice partner, but don't count on having a good manager. People leave, they don't last and colleagues don't last more than 1 year. We spent months without a manager and we didn't even have a team.

Don't expect anyone to give you any type of feedback, communication, explain how something works... they take inexperienced people who can't be trained with more than two weeks of videos taught by people who don't know. It doesn't matter who you ask for help, they won't know what they're doing.

You have a team that doesn't even sit together in the office, there is no team.
Work-Life-Balance
I would say that it is the only moderately good thing, but considering that working on this site is going to affect your mental health, I would say that it is not good either.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
abusive, we didn't have a manager for months, no one explains the processes to you, and if you fail they will talk badly to you. I have conversations in the team that if anyone outside read them, they would be shocked at how a director is capable of speaking to an employee. Terrible people, although I don't blame them either because I imagine the organization and processes are just as bad moving up the hierarchy.
