In general is very good, it can get stressful when there are big product launches to complete.

Everybody at Saloodo is amazing, great team spirit, colleagues will always find a way to help. Especially in product I am in touch with all departments and I always felt tremendous support and learned a lot from everyone.

I am very happy with my current manager, absolutely empathetic, caring, involved and making a great impact when there are blockers. I have independency to do my job as I best consider, absolutely zero micro management!

Works great both in person, but as well remotely. Communication runs very efficiently via slack. Absolutely 100% improved transparency on company's direction since new management stepped in.

Would love to do more pilot launches and small feature launch testing, sometimes the process is not so agile and takes longer for decision making among all parties. Still a great place to learn and experiment so much!

I can only speak for my team, but I couldn't be any happier with the working conditions right now. My manager has always an open ear and is very solution-oriented, which I have never experienced that way.

I am not sure about the future after Covid, but at the moment (home office and part-time office) it's perfectly fine.

I was able to improve my skills right away within the first months, so happy with that. On the long run I am not so sure where the ladder will leave, but in general there are options.

We have the usual plastic free options for coffee-to-go and a water spender but no charging station for e-cars for example. Room for improvement for sure.

I onboarded during Covid, so the nature of this time was supposed to be rather lonely. But I felt very seen & heard as well as taken care of while getting to know everything.

We are super global, with quite a few female leaders, working with ppl from all over the world. From my perspective, racism has no chance. A downpoint is seeing that some teams and their get new job titels like confetti while others sit on theirs for years.

Knowing everyone and the needs for everyone. We have employee survey every year where everyone give feedback to management. Every year the survey feedback is taken into consideration.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
First wave of corona was handled in a poor way because of poor management, but with the new managemenet, the second wave was handled well, employees safety was taken into consideration, and all of us had the chance to get vaccinatetd with pfizer vaccine because of the company support.

Kommunikation
All the comments you see in the past were due to previous management, the current management is more focused on the employees and empowering them. The communication between departments are really good, and between colleages respect is number one value.
