Arbeitsatmosphäre

Positive atmosphere in general. I enjoy coming to the office, there is always a good vibe. I feel "safe" in an inclusive environment that is open to different perspectives.

Kommunikation

Regular team meetings are hosted in different formats, such as virtual team training sessions, Monthly Update Meetings, Team Huddles for Project Insights or Culture Coffee Chats... This meeting concept is one example for ongoing efforts to ensure everyone feels heard and contributes to a transparent, supportive work culture.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Colleagues are not just coworkers; they're supportive and we do not have a culture of 'elbowing'.

Work-Life-Balance

Fair balance for a consulting environment, allowing us to keep private life and hobbies.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Approachable and supportive management team - We often have lunch together and there are no barriers between consultants and management, it feels like we are one TTE team.

Interessante Aufgaben

What I like is that in addition to your consulting project, you also get involved internally and can use your strengths here. For example, I practiced my presentation skills at university recruiting workshops or keynotes.

Gleichberechtigung

Diversity has been identified as a topic of particular attention and has therefore been included in TTE's own strategy. The establishment of an internal working group ensures that there is continuous awareness of diversity and inclusion within the team, e.g. psychological safety. I really like that!

Arbeitsbedingungen

The offices (especially Hamburg) are top equipped, with an individual touch. Plants, personalized snacks wall and drinks, open space and individual offices, a small 'library',...

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

TTE has sustainability on its radar and there is also an internal working group in the team that deals with measures for more sustainability at TTE. For example, I think it's great that we had our first non-profit project last year.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Plus some special benefits that show interest in me as a person. For example, an annual education budget that I can spend on any private interest related to education (language courses, magazines, online courses,...). Or a donation benefit that says that if I donate, TTE will support an organization of my choice with the same amount.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Regular training days with exciting learning content, internal training sessions, buddy and mentoring relationships and the opportunity for individual further training. The advantage here is that we have a number of structured measures, but there is also enough scope for individual suggestions.
I would say, not only does TTE want to grow itself, but also invests in its team.
