My review after 1 year in IT as java developer.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Communication is very good and you can talk about everything. If there is a problem there is always a try to solve it! Its always getting better in all ways, we try alot of new thing and document results so nothing is lost, we learn from our mistakes alot and share the expierence. New Technologie, to be clear - a huge project with many years of developing will be upgraded from Java8 to Java11, so yeah asmiq ist not scared of new tech :) There also many other positive stuff from developer side! You have alot of freedome how you code, as long you use code_formatter.xml :DD and java code conventions! There is no limits to IDE, some devs use IntelliJ and some Eclipse

I think due corona, some people just don't have patience anymore and raise their voices, which sounds pretty insulting... I hope we will all be happy again in the summertime :D

In general I am satisfied, except for these 2 points that are only relevant to me.
Please improve, a Windows laptop that is intended for developers (currently 14 inches) with a larger display and better specs, it's not so nice to look into a 14 inch monitor over time or maybe devs can use private laptops for development, but I know there is BYO policie ;( maybe it can be overlooked with the time.
The wage is very minimal, although I work well and a lot and always show commitment, I get the feeling that I am very bad at my job when I compare what others earn. So maybe its time to increase the salary xD
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Well, right now im in the home office, but there are often parties and lunches with colleagues, as well as meetings with colleagues at the weekend. There are also 3 rooms where you can concentrate for work.

Kollegenzusammenhalt
I work mostly in Zürich and Home Office. If you do mistakes, you will get results very fast :D i mean everyone works very close with each other, so if you make mistake someone going to call you and it will be fixed very fast without any stressful situations. There is almost zero of ping-pong communication.
Work-Life-Balance
Had no problems at all when I needed a vacation. Working overtime wouldn't be a problem either if you document everything very well. You can talk to management about anything and find a solution together.

There is no such feeling that someone is 2 heads above you.
Interessante Aufgaben
For me as a developer, I had enough tasks at my level. I also had tasks at senior level, with the support of senior developers, I could solve the tasks in a timely manner and gain a lot of experience, so the learning phase here is always uphill.

Arbeitsbedingungen
Very loud in office, sometimes its very hard to concentrate on the task. When I was in office Ive bought a Sony MX3 because of this, so I could concentrate on my work but headphones doesn't help always. Maybe some sound absorbing walls between tables could help.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I have been here for over a year and my salary is pretty minimal. There was no official salary or feedback meetings for this case maybe its to early. Well, I had positive feedbacks from seniors but it doesnt count since its unofficial. Would be nice if there were some people which would rate your job/salary for this case and do not let company to be behind salaries in overall, since everyone works hard here and gains more knowledge with the time.

I know 2 years ago wasnt that great here as I heard, but when I joined company alot changed. Right people came and wrong ones left, also alot of changes in operations, kanband boards, adding devops and more. Very nice, im always learning something new, good job Asmiq!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you want to work and strive, anything is possible. I have not heard that anyone has undertaken further training at company expenses, but we always exchange knowledge between. I didn't ask if any further training could be paid for, but I think it might be possible if it would bring something.
