Several co-working spaces in the different regions (e.g. in cooperation with Zentroom). Also promotes social exchange and cohesion, and opens up further opportunities through exchange with other companies in the same co-working space.

Work-Life-Balance
A lot of emphasis is placed on the health of employees. Consideration is given to current circumstances (even if these take place in private life).
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I have never seen an employer that places so much emphasis on employee training. A lot of time is granted for further training and financial support is also provided.

Arbeitsbedingungen
As work is generally done in the home office or at customers' premises, there are only a few workplaces at the site. However, employees are free to stay in other co-working spaces and to settle a certain amount monthly via expenses.
This was not right for me in the long run, which is why the rating is a bit lower. However, many other employees find this to be just right.

Strong focus on endpoint management and security and compliance. In these areas also the corresponding interesting and challenging tasks. You can really focus and get the right projects/tasks.
