When requested, there is always a person able to see and discuss issues. Branch offices in more cities, easy to reach. Good salary conditions. As an overall really good company to work for.

Follow-up on problems does not always happen, English could be much better, Regular discussion on the current workload will be better, till now I'm not sure that the company is aware what exactly I'm doing at the provider :)

Use english speaking management staff when discussing with your english speaking employees.
Inform how the hours in the contract(s) are calculated up-front with clear instructions.

cca bi-weekly meetings with the KeyAccount Manager, there is possibility to raise concerns, but didn't receive the needed follow-up
