-Be open to our ideas
-Stop constantly burdening us with tasks and finally let us do our job.
-Be realistic about goals and expectations.
-They may be sportive, but they have to be achievable.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The atmosphere is very tense, and the work has not been fun for a long time...it is simply a matter of working through things that have to be done. Creativity, ideas, personal feelings are completely suppressed. Expectations are completely unrealistic, no matter if it's about goals or working time.

Kommunikation

My team leader always involves us, I really appreciate that. But we can expect little from the rest. Unless the hygiene of the pipeline is not right or we don't bring in the desired numbers in outbound, then they communicate with us directly.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

He is simply strong. We constantly try to motivate each other, even if we always get knocked down a peg, we stick together and support each other where we can.

Work-Life-Balance

Not available! We work extremely hard, and yet you can't do everything. Goals are not realistic, critical voices are not allowed.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

My direct supervisor is really super. Provides for us and always tries to help us where he can. The rest follow the American idea. More and more and more...it's never enough. The leadership completely lacks realism. Goals, expectations...but no one tells us HOW, only WHAT is required. My boss builds strategies with us, helps us with deals...but we need more support also from above.

Interessante Aufgaben

The product and the customers are unbeatable. But we are stuck in micromanagement. Lists have to be maintained, fields have to be filled in. Calls have to be logged. It's just an unbelievable amount of effort just to make sure everyone knows we're working.

Arbeitsbedingungen

This is really great... Great Office or Remote. We have many cool tools. in use...but again we find...that most tools only work well in US. Data protection probably exists there. Not. This means that we have to work more than expected.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The prices are far too high. Absolutely unrealistic. OTE can never be achieved, no matter how you calculate it. This is also reflected in the salaries. It looks good on paper, but in reality we are way behind Salesforce, Hubspot and co....if you look at the salaries offered there.

Top in Zurich, a huge flop in the rest of the world. Nobody knows us and our product. But they certainly don't want to hear that because we don't spend any money on branding here. We burn money on online search marketing to get 1-2 inbounds. But nobody wants to hear that either. Everyone hears about it and everyone talks about it...
